Moana Park challenge age-old winemaking habits to produce wines that are naturally grown free of allergy-inducing additives, and are a pure joy to drink. Their grapes are grown on small, estate-owned vineyards dotted across the most prized winegrowing pockets of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. They let nature determine the flavours of their wines, which is another way of saying that the only chemistry going on, is on the vine. Vagaries of the seasons mean they can't say for certain they'll produce the same wines from one year to the next. They believe it's best to let the quality of the grapes decide which ones make it into the bottle - the less interference from the meddlesome hand of man, the better.
