Return and Refund Policy

Goods which are in stock will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of your order. Some products (if not in stock) may take between 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered. We'll let you know if your goods are on back order.

Return and Refund

If you're unhappy with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.

If you have booked a place on our marine mammal medic course but are unable to attend you may attend a future training course free of charge, providing you give us 7 days notice of your cancellation.
